The Meetings of the Bureau of the Assembly and the Standing Committee were held online on 24 November. The 63rd Meeting of the Bureau of the Assembly was chaired by Mr. Constantine Tassoulas, PABSEC President, Chairman of the Hellenic Parliament. The 56th Meeting of the PABSEC Standing Committee was chaired by Mr. Simeon Kedikoglou, PABSEC Vice-President (Greece).
Ms. Milena Ljubinkovic, Secretary of the PABSEC Economic, Commercial, Technological and Environmental Affairs Committee took part in the BSEC Working Group on Transport organized online on 23 November 2020.
Mr. Miltiadis Makrygiannis, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, attended the webinar entitled “Transport in the Balkan and Black Sea region”, co-organised by the CPMR Balkan and Black Sea Commission (CPMR BBSC), the International Centre for Black Sea Studies (ICBSS) and the Hellenic Institute of Transport of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (HIT CERTH), on 19 November 2020.

Mr. Daniel Dulca, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, attended the online webinar entitled “Universal health coverage in times of COVID-19 – Parliamentary best practices and challenges”, organized by the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), on 17 November 2020.
Ms. Milena Ljubinkovic, Secretary of the PABSEC Economic, Commercial, Technological and Environmental Affairs Committee took part in the Regional Stakeholders Workshop on “Economic opportunities of a circular economy: tackling plastic and micro-plastic pollution in the Black Sea region” that was held online on 17 November 2020.
Mr. Miltiadis Makrygiannis, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General attended the online event on “Sustainability in the Black Sea regional cooperation: Advancing the Black Sea Synergy and the European Green Deal” jointly organised by the European External Action Service and the European Commission.

The Euro-Arab Summit was held for the 5th consecutive year on 9 and 10 November 2020, with the support of the European Parliament and under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic. Mr. Miltiadis Makrygiannis, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General attended the event.
