64th Plenary Session of the PABSEC General Assembly, Yerevan, 11-12 December 2024

The 64th Plenary Session of the PABSEC General Assembly was held in Yerevan on 11-12 December 2024 in a hybrid format upon the invitation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia. The parliamentary delegations of Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Türkiye and Ukraine participated in the work of the General Assembly.

Participation of the PABSEC Monitoring Delegation in the Parliamentary Elections in Romania, Bucharest, 1 December 2024

On 1 December 2024, the PABSEC Monitoring Delegation consisting of Ms. Blagica Lasovska, Head of the PABSEC Delegation of North Macedonia, Mr. Mustafa Hamarat, Vice-Chair of the PABSEC Committee for Legal Affairs and International Cooperation, Member of the PABSEC Turkish Delegation, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, Ms. Bleta Biljali, Secretary of the PABSEC Delegation of North Macedonia, and Ms. Fikriye Yakistiran, Secretary of the PABSEC Turkish Delegation, took part in the observation mission for the parliamentary elections in Romania.

Message of the Secretary General

Dear Friends, The Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) was founded in 1993 and since its establishment it has witnessed both accomplishments and difficult moments. We stood together over the years and tried to overcome them.

The PABSEC brings together, nowadays, 81 MPs from thirteen Member States of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, revealing itself as a unique political forum of inter-parliamentary dialogue in the Black Sea Region.
