On 6 November 2024, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, paid a working visit to Tirana and had meetings with the President of the Republic of Albania, in the Parliament of the Republic of Albania, and at the University of Tirana. The Secretary General was accompanied by Ms. Renata Meto, Secretary of the PABSEC Committee on Social and Humanitarian Policy.
On 4 November 2024, Mr. Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Türkiye, visited the PABSEC International Secretariat and met with Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General. The meeting was attended by Mr. Cemal Ozturk, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, and Mr. Ali Ustundag, Administrative Officer of the International Secretariat.
On 1 November 2024 Mr. Nairi Petrossian, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the BSEC and the staff of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Armenia to the BSEC visited the International Secretariat and met with Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General.
The 64th Meeting of the PABSEC Committee for Legal Affairs and International Cooperation was held in Ioannina (Greece) on 29-30 October 2024 upon the invitation of the Hellenic Parliament. The Meeting was attended by the national delegations of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, Türkiye and Ukraine, as well as a representative of the BSEC Permanent International Secretariat and members of the PABSEC International Secretariat. The Meeting was chaired by Mr. Mustafa Hamarat, Vice-Chair of the Committee (Türkiye).

The PABSEC Delegation composed of Mr. Daniel Constantin, PABSEC Vice-President, Head of the PABSEC Romanian Delegation, Mr. Ivan Kyrylenko, Member of the PABSEC Ukrainian Delegation, and Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, took part in the monitoring mission to the parliamentary elections in Georgia on 26 October 2024.
On 20 October 2024, the PABSEC delegation composed of Mr. Petar Kanev, PABSEC Vice-President, Head of PABSEC Bulgarian Delegation, Mr. Musa Guliyev, Chairman of the PABSEC Committee on Social and Humanitarian Policy, member of PABSEC Azerbaijani Delegation, and the Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, took part in the observation mission for the presidential elections in the Republic of Moldova and the referendum on the country's European Union aspirations.
On 18 October 2024, Mr. Seyit Torun, member of the PABSEC Turkish delegation visited the PABSEC International Secretariat and met with Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General.
