Mr. Fuat Kucukaydin, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General participated the 12th Work Council organized by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Turkey together with International Labor Organization (ILO) in Ankara on 23 May 2019. The topic of the Work Council was: “100th Anniversary of the ILO: Working for a Brighter Future”. At the opening of the Meeting speeches were made by Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Turkey, Mrs. Zehra Zumrut Selcuk, Minister of Family, Labor and Social Affairs, and Mr. Guy Ryder, Director General of the International Labor Organization.
On 22 May 2019, the Seminar on Diplomacy and Peace was organized by the Department of Political Science and International Relations of TOBB University of Economics and Technology in Ankara. The main topic of the seminar was Peace, Diplomacy and Iranian Foreign Policy. PABSEC International Secretariat at this Seminar was represented by Mr. Fuat Kucukaydin, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General.
The 52nd Meeting of the PABSEC Economic, Commercial, Technological and Environmental Affairs Committee was held in Batumi on 15-16 May 2019 upon the invitation of the Parliament of Georgia. The national delegations of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine took part in the Meeting.
The 53rd Meeting of the PABSEC Legal and Political Affairs Committee was held in Batumi on 15-16 May 2019 upon the invitation of the Parliament of Georgia. The national delegations of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine took part in the Meeting.
On 7 May 2019, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, paid a working visit to Belgrade and met with Mrs. Maja Gojkovic, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia. Mr. Igor Becic, Head of the PABSEC Serbian delegation was also present at the meeting.
Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, took part in the Second International Parliamentary Conference of the OSCE PA Silk Road Support Group “Belt and Road: Deepening Cooperation for Sustainable Development and Prosperity”, jointly organized together with the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus in Minsk on 29-30 April 2019.

The PABSEC Delegation composed of Mr. Ogtay Asadov, PABSEC President, Chairman of the Milli Mejlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, took part in the Conference on Countering International Terrorism organized by the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS together with leading international parliamentary organizations in the Tavrycheski Palace, St. Petersburg, on 18 April 2019.
The 52nd Meeting of the PABSEC Cultural, Educational and Social Affairs Committee was held in Yerevan, on 16-17 April 2019, upon the invitation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia. The Meeting was attended by the national delegations from Armenia, Romania, Russia, Turkey and it was chaired by Mr. Metin Gundogdu, Chairman of the Committee (Turkey).
