The PABSEC delegation, composed of Mr. Mikhail Emelianov, Chairman of the PABSEC Legal and Political Affairs Committee and Head of the PABSEC Russian Delegation, and Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, participated in the 15th Conference of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (PUIC), which was held in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, on 27-30 January 2020 upon the invitation of the National Assembly of Burkina Faso.
