On 25–28 January 2026, the 16th Plenary Session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA) was held in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, under the theme “The Role of Asian Parliaments in Strengthening Intercultural and Inter-civilizational Dialogue in Asia: Opportunities, Challenges, and Future Pathways.”

On 17 December 2025, Mr. Borys Kolysnichenko, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, participated in the Meeting of the BSEC Committee of Senior Officials, held at the headquarters of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) in Istanbul.
On 16 December 2025, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, visited the city of Rize with the aim to participate in the preparatory work for the Second International Ayder Forum to be organised in Ayder (Rize, Republic of Türkiye) on 14-17 January 2026.
