On 13 October 2025, on the margins of the Meeting of the Committee on Economic and Development Policy, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General met with H.E. Ms. Ana Brnabić, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia (NARS).
The 65th Meeting of the PABSEC Committee on Social and Humanitarian Policy was held in Baku (Republic of Azerbaijan) on 7–8 October 2025, upon the invitation of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
On 6 October 2025, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General Ms. Valentina Cobzareanu participated in the Working Meeting of BSEC–PABSEC–BBSC (the Balkan and Black Sea Commission), which took place at the BSEC PERMIS in Istanbul.
The PABSEC Delegation, composed of Mr. Musa Guliyev, Chairman of the PABSEC Committee on Social and Humanitarian Policy, member of the PABSEC Azerbaijani Delegation and Mr. Petar Kanev, Head of the PABSEC Bulgarian Delegation took part in the observation mission of the parliamentary elections in the Republic of Moldova, in Chisinau, on 28 September 2025.
