The meetings of the Bureau of the Assembly and the Standing Committee were held on 6 December 2022 in Belgrade, chaired by Mr. Vladimir Orlic, PABSEC President, President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
On 1-2 December 2022, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, participated in the 18th annual meeting of the International Network for SMEs (INSME), which was organized in Baku in cooperation with the Azerbaijan Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (KOBIA) under the auspices of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

The PABSEC Delegation, composed of Mr. Metin Gundogdu, member of the PABSEC Turkish Delegation, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, and Ms. Fikriye Yakishtiran, Secretary of the PABSEC Turkish Delegation, participated in the 20th Autumn Meeting of the OSCE PA.

On 17 November 2022, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, paid a working visit to Sofia and had meetings in the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
On 14 November 2022, Mr. Alexei Shved, Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Istanbul, visited the PABSEC International Secretariat and met with Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General.
Mr. Miltiadis Makrygiannis, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General participated in the UfM Trade and Investment Forum that took place on 4 November 2022 in Istanbul.
