On 17 November 2025, the PABSEC Secretary General, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, took part in the 23rd Autumn Meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCE PA), which was held in Istanbul at the Hilton İstanbul Bomonti Conference Center.
On 14 November 2025, Mr. Akkan Suver, President of the Marmara Group Strategic and Social Research Foundation, visited the PABSEC International Secretariat in Istanbul and met with Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General.
On 12 November 2025, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, participated in the “Destination Black Sea” Conference held in Trabzon, Republic of Türkiye.
On 6 November 2025, representatives of the Ayder Forum Association: Mr. Hakan Gültekin, Mr. Arif Eksi and Mr. Mustafa Efe Topoğlu, visited the PABSEC International Secretariat in Istanbul and met with Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General.
On 29 October 2025, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, participated in the International Parliamentary Conference dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The 66th Meeting of the PABSEC Committee for Legal Affairs and International Cooperation was held in Borjomi (Georgia) on 24-25 October 2025 upon the invitation of the Parliament of Georgia.

Mr. Ilyas Topsakal, Member of the PABSEC Turkish Delegation, participated in the Annual Meetings of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund, held on 13–18 October 2025 in Washington, D.C.
