Ms. Milena Ljubinkovic, Secretary of the PABSEC Economic, Commercial and Financial Affairs Committee took part in the Webinar “Green Energy in the BSEC Region and Beyond” organized online on 4 March 2022. The event was co-organized by the BSEC PERMIS and the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia.
The PABSEC Delegation, composed of Mr. Cemal Ozturk, PABSEC Vice-President, Head of the PABSEC Turkish Delegation, and Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary-General, paid a working visit to Hungary, on 1-3 March 2022 and had meetings in the National Assembly and in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country.

Mr. Miltiadis Makrygiannis, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, attended the plenary session in which the theme of the open debate, was “Security Guarantees and the Indivisibility of Security in Europe: Role of the OSCE”.
On 24 February 2022, Mr. Gheorghe-Vlad Nistor, Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament, former Head of the PABSEC Romanian Delegation, visited the PABSEC International Secretariat in Istanbul and met with Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General.
The meeting of the Draft Budget and Auditing Commission was held at the PABSEC International Secretariat on 22 February 2022.
Mr. Miltiadis Makrygiannis, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, attended, on 22 February 2022, the Blue Economy Forum II which was organized for a second consecutive year by the Delphi Economic Forum and the Institute for Sustainable Development of the European Public Law Organisation.
Mr. Daniel Dulca, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, attended the online Seminar for Parliamentarians, entitled ”Introduction to World Bank Group Operations”, being organized by the Parliamentary Network on the World Bank and IMF, on 22 February 2022.
On 17-18 February 2022, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, participated in the 2022 Parliamentary Hearings of the Inter-Parliamentary Union at the UN in New York, which was attended by hundreds of parliamentarians from 65 IPU member parliaments, also by representatives of international organizations, experts and senior officials.
